The property is centrally heated and rent includes all utilities, bed linen and towels

Children's cot and high chair are available on request

Rental is per week from Saturday to Saturday, arrival 15:00 hrs, departure 10:00 hrs to allow for cleaning.  During July and August minimum rental period is one week.

Deposit of 25% is requested at time of booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
